Mauk Family Farms Inc, the best and the original certified Organic raw and gluten free Crust and Crisp company now celebrates our 12th year ! Our thanks to stores, suppliers, and individuals who have supported our growth through the years. For those who are unknown to this fact, Mauk Family Farms originated as a state licensed grower & nursery of organic herbs, tomatos, baby greens, sprouts and wheat grass. In the early 1990s El Nino hit California and with it the rain. At that same time, the founder of this firm was diagnosed with Celiac Disease along with an allergy to wheat. The company then made a turn inward and personal, and made the mission to provide organic raw and gluten free products in a semi-perishable state.
